NABLUS, May 19, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces detained five young men in the village of Deir Sharaf, east of Nablus, and abused them before releasing them.
Local sources reported to WAFA that occupation forces pursued a vehicle in the village's industrial zone, attacked five young men inside, handcuffed them, and assaulted and abused them before releasing them.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that it received a report of gunfire at a vehicle in the industrial zone. An ambulance was dispatched to the site, but occupation forces prevented its crews from reaching the scene.
Later, the society reported that its crews treated one of the five young men, a 22-year-old man, who was injured after being beaten by occupation forces and provided him with medical treatment on the spot.
